We started with one question: why do so many pizzerias buy a box that does not fit their pizza or their brand? ' 'Most of the market sells stock sizes and asks you to adapt. We do it the other way round — the box is built around your size, your board and your print.
Everything is made to order. No warehouse of boxes waiting for a buyer, no "closest size". We take your dimensions, rebuild the die-cut drawing, ' 'print your artwork, and ship the finished boxes to your warehouse. It is slower than buying stock, but it is cheaper and better in the end.
You send three things — the pizza diameter, the quantity, and the destination. We send back a landed-cost quote with all three shipping terms ' '(FOB, CIF and DDP) so you can compare. Once you approve the artwork and the drawing, production takes 12–18 days.
Before anything is printed, you approve the die-cut drawing and a sample. We send a plain sample of your size free of charge — you just cover the courier.
Food-grade water-based inks and board, with grease-resistant treatment where the application needs it. Test reports on request.
Close to the board mills and the port. Short supply lines keep both cost and lead time down.
FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF to your port, or DDP to your warehouse with customs cleared. You choose.
If a kraft box is not automatically greener, we say so. Honest spec beats a good story.
