Board has absorbed moisture, or the flute grade is too light for the route. We match the board to your destination humidity.
Colour space mismatch, or the proof was approved on a different board. We print a physical sample on your board before the run.
The board lacks a grease-resistant treatment, or the liner is missing. Add a grease-resistant liner for oily pizzas.
Single wall used where double wall is needed, or the corners are not full-height. Switch to B-flute or BC double wall.
The box was measured by pizza diameter instead of outside box dimensions. Send us the outside dimensions of the pizza pan or existing box.
